What counts as a public repo?
Any GitHub repository that is publicly readable without login. Forks and org repos are fine. One repo per order.
When does my withdrawal right end?
Digital services: once audit work has begun after you send the repo URL, your right of withdrawal ends (§356(5) BGB / AGB). You confirm this at checkout.
